Changes: Meet artist Joseph Liberti and view an exhibition of Visual Jazz art. In jazz music, “playing the changes” means improvising by playing melodies and harmonies over the chords of the tune. In Visual Jazz, Joseph improvises his intuitive abstract art and imbues each piece with the tones, rhythms, and spirit of jazz music. Meet Joseph Friday October 6 from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. and see art from his Changes collection, an introduction of Visual Jazz. The exhibition will be open daily, Tuesday through Saturday, at Cottonwood Center For The Arts.
