Frequently Asked Questions

Why dud you become an artist?

I began painting at 83, driven by a fierce love for life and a desire to inspire. I paint not just what I see, but what I feel—the rhythm, breath, and spark of growth—hoping each piece sparks joy and reminds us all of our boundless potential.

How long does it take to make a painting?

Each painting has its own life, shaped by brush, paint, emotions, motivation, and intuition. Sometimes I revise a piece 20 times until it speaks; other times, it flows effortlessly, as if the painting creates itself. It’s complete only when my heart says yes. The time varies because each work is a unique, intuitive journey.

Do you paint with oil? What is your medium?

I’m a digital painter transitioning from amateur photography, working on a large digital canvas that mimics traditional painting without the mess. Using ultra-realistic software, I simulate oil, acrylic, and watercolor with various brushes and palette knives. Final high-res images are printed on textured paper, canvas, wood, or metal, with textured prints often resembling authentic oil paintings.

Can I buy one of your paintings in custom sizes?

LYes, you can purchase my paintings in custom sizes. Using modern technology, I can produce prints in virtually any size, allowing me to provide art that fits your specific space and budget.
