Your artwork has been professionally printed, carefully inspected, and packed by experienced fine art specialists using packaging designed to protect it during shipping. Most orders arrive in perfect condition.

Just in case your package has a rough journey, please take a minute to inspect it before enjoying your new artwork.

When your package arrives

1. Look over the outside of the box.
Check both sides and all four edges for signs of damage.

2. If you notice damage, take a quick photo.
Use your phone to photograph the outside of the package, where damaged, before opening it. I damaged in more than one place take photos of each.

3. Open the package carefully.
Sometimes a box may have minor shipping wear while the artwork inside remains perfectly protected.

4. If the artwork is damaged, take another photo.
Photograph the artwork where it is damaged.

That's all you need to do.
